Endo Sleeve Verfahren, ist eine neuartige
laparoskopische Behandlung zur
Magenverkleinerung.
In der Türkei wird dieses
Verfahren laparoskopisch durchgeführt.
Dabei wird ein Großteil des Magens zusammengefaltet & von aussen vernäht.
So verliert der Magen einen großen Anteil seines Füllungsvolumens & es können nur noch kleine Portionen eingenommen werden.
Das Apollo-Verfahren, Magen falten, Endo Sleeve Verfahren, Pose Verfahren, Magen Wrap,
Sleeve Plication, Gastric Sleev Plication, oder Magenfalten,, ist in der Türkei ein laparoskopischer
Eingriff, der jedoch unter Vollnarkose in einem Operationssaal mit allen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen von einem Spezialisten durchgeführt wird.
Das Magenvolumen kann man dadurch bis zu 75 % reduzieren.
In Deutschland wird das Magenvolumen um ca. 25 % reduziert.
Die Nachteile beim Magenfalten:
Sollten Sie einen Tumor im Magen haben, kann man den leider nicht sehen,
wenn sich dieser im gefalteten Bereich befindet.
Sie werden immer Hunger haben, da das Hungerzentrum nicht entfernt wird,
wie beim Schlauchmagen, Gastric Sleeve, oder bei der Magenverkleinerung.
Man kann diese Operation nicht Rückgängig machen.
Wenn Speise oder Getränke in den geklammerten Magen gelangen,
können diese nicht in den Darm abfliessen.
(wenn es so wie in Deutschland endoskopisch durgeführt wird)
Unterschied: Laparoskopische Chirurgie & Endoskopische Chirurgie
Laparoskopische Chirurgie
Dieses erfolgt per Schlüsselloch-Technik, also laparoskopisch oder minimal-invasiv, über fünf kleine Löcher in einer Größe von 1,5 bis 2,5 cm. Der Bauch wird zunächst mit einem Gas gefüllt, damit der Operateur eine bessere Sicht auf den
Bauchinnenraum hat. Nun lösen die Chirurgen
in einer speziellen Technik den Magen von Verwachsungen, zum Beispiel zur Milz, um im Anschluss die eigentliche Verkleinerung vorzunehmen.
Ein wichtiger Teilschritt der Operation ist die sogenannte Dichtigkeitsprüfung:
am Ende des Eingriffs füllt der Arzt den neuen Magen über eine kleine Magensonde kurzzeitig mit einer blauen Flüssigkeit, um sicherzustellen, dass die Nahtstellen absolut dicht
sind.
So hält sich die Rate an Komplikationen in der Hand erfahrener Chirurgen sehr gering.
Endoskopische Chirurgie
Endoskopisch (so wird z.B das Apollo Verfahren in Deutschland durchgeführt)
Mit der Endoskopie lassen sich Körperhöhlen und Hohlorgane betrachten. Dazu schiebt der Internist einen biegsamen Gummischlauch, das so genannte Endoskop, in den Mund.
